2. The characteristics and regulations of the drawing and bending process of the profiles

6. Regulations on metal surface treatment of profiles: Generally speaking, it is possible to choose anodizing treatment or bending after spraying (the elongation of the coating is much higher than that of the profiles); since there is no relativity between the profiles and the abrasive tools when the profiles are stretched and bent Offset, so it is not easy to damage the profile. If the coating falls off during the whole bending process of the profile, it is caused by the insufficient adhesion of the coating. The main reasons for the insufficient adhesion are that the solution before painting is not very good or the temperature is not enough and the heating time is not enough.
